i lost my job

hi, i'm millie, and i lost my job towards the end of jan 2025. i've been looking for a way to waste time besides rotting on the internet or playing games all day when i came across a substack article talking about the indie web. i'd already learned some super basic html and css and decided this might be a nice way to waste time while making sure i still retain some basic frontend knowledge.
